Home Inspector Louisville KY

I learned home inspection through real life experience, I had sold construction products for both a regional company and large box store. Flip type property I  was selling  had an awful home inspector.  Requiring things that worked fine to be replaced and ignoring things that I knew needed repairs and replacement.  I began looking into what was required to be a Home Inspector.

CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL INSPECTOR

Beside passing a very difficult national test covering dozens of topics, I completed an advanced national exam giving me status has a Certified Professional Inspector.  Only a handful of Home Inspectors  Louisville KY have this certification. Homes are the most expensive thing you will ever purchase. Besides finding the right house, it important to find an inspector that has knowledge and real life experience to find and explain current and future problems and potential repairs that your new home may require.  We have a simple goal, to know all about the home you are purchasing, so we can tell you about it and be the best Home Inspector in Louisville. Shown at the bottom of the page are some of the additional courses and training I have taken all for the goal of being the best Louisville Home Inspector.

HIGH QUALITY Report

A Photo means a lot. We take hundreds of pictures and videos that are included with your report. Problems are highlighted and marked and color coded.  Written explanations are also provided.  Your report will have up to twenty-three different topics. Being a Home Inspector , I always provide explanations that are both good and bad. We promise never to make a statement that is worthless or that will be difficult to understand and we are always a phone call away.

Fast reporting

All reports are finished before the close of
business, most or done on site or within hour or two.  We prefer to go over the inspection with you, at the home.  Virtual meetings can be scheduled for clients that cannot attend inspections. Radon reporting takes a few additional days and we will update the report when this becomes available.  We are a nearby home inspector, only focusing on the Louisville area.

FAIR PRICING

In another business I found I could  keep busy by offering fair pricing for my services. I will match any price for an insured inspector with Certified Professional Inspector destination.  To help first time buyers we offer discounts and also offer discounts for first police, fire and armed services.  We never book more than two appointments per day.

We take all major credit cards and offer a discount for checks or cash.

Insurance

Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors requires a $ 250,000 policy. I maintain a Two Million dollar policy. Ryan Fetch, State Farm Agent In Plainview 502.429.4100 can verify my coverage or click here –>  Ryan

I can proudly say I have never had a claim and never plan to, but I am prepared should this need ever arrise.
