Tell us about your reports - Detailed photo rich reports averaging approximately 60 pages are prepared on site and delivered the day of your inspection. We provide professional reports, with all major issues located in the front of the report. We utilize top quality software, supported by drones, remote control products, thermal imaging, and other specialized products.

We found a couple of inspectors with lower prices. Why should we choose you? That's a great question. In any business, quality service and experience come at a cost. A lower-priced provider may have fewer resources to invest in new equipment, insurance, adequate time at the property, training, and continuing education. The lower cost person has nothing to offer except a low-quality, low-cost product. Missing an important defect can cost far more than the money saved by choosing the lowest-priced inspection.

How did you get started in the home inspection industry? I have owned, rented, purchased and sold dozens of properties. I worked for a large "box" store, and sold decks, windows, HVAC, roofs and fences. I managed a flooring operation for a National Company. My father was an electrical professional and he taught me about electrical. In addition to, all the requirements and training that home inspector most follow.

Should we get a radon test? Yes. No one wants a health care problem. This situation can be prevented with a low-cost test.
