Effective December 1, 2024 all rental homes n Jefferson Couty, KY require lead testing every three years.   This program will be adminstated by the Louisville Health Department and titled Lead-Safe Housing Registry.  Failing to comply with this ordiance will result in very large fines.  In respose to this requirement and to better serve my customer I obtain a proper license to make these inspection.
