Other services that Gold Home Inspection, LLC offers include lock changes and installation of electronic locks. We provide fast turnaround and can inventory your equipment. We limit the offering of this services to real estate investors; we do not accept one-time transactions from the general public. We offer both lockbox install and lockbox removal.
We also change regular locks and deadbolts on vacant non owner properties. This is a cost-effective way to change locks for owners that do not have field help in the Louisville metro area.
Locks on rental units should be changed after every move out. On property purchases the locks should be changed at the time of purchase. When doing a renovation, I recommend Evey month the code be changed. Being smart about the lock can save you problems down the road.
